WHAT IS COVERED
This device is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship existing at the time of purchase. If the device is found to be defective due to such a manufacturing defect, LEDerma will, at its discretion, replace the device free of charge within 12 months from the date of purchase.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover damage or malfunction resulting from:
- Accidental damage, including drops, impacts, or cracked screens
- Liquid, moisture, or water damage
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation, storage, or use not in accordance with the provided instructions
- Damage caused by power surges, third-party accessories, or unauthorized software
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect device function
PROOF OF PURCHASE
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. The manufacturer is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the device.
